Veritas delivers support to Appliance customers who have a valid Support Agreement in effect for Appliance and Software, and are using the Appliance in a Supported Configuration. Any on-site support for Appliances is only provided once Veritas determines that an on-site response is required, including the delivery of applicable parts.
