Account Manager - Inside Sales

As a PC Nation Account Manager, you will work with clients to help chose the right technology products to meet their needs and provide comprehensive technology solutions. Our Account Managers are the force behind our growth, and are responsible for generating sales by building consultative, repeat relationships with corporate, government and educational institutions across the country. Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative sales of IT solutions and services while helping educate clients on best solutions to meet the needs of their business.
  • Responsible for growing sales and profit by implementing new solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Solve pre-sales technical, financial, and project management challenges while adding value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ability to establish and enhance client relationships with key decision makers.
  • Establish OfficeNation as the premier provider of technology solutions to our clients including solutions from our strategic partnerships with HP, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, EMC and others.
  • Build and maintain manufacturer relationships.
  • Deliver outstanding service and follow through to ensure client retention.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve client problems, overcome objections and close sales.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts, and continue to expand relations with existing accounts for repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
  • BA / BS or related experience.
  • 2 + years in a sales role, preferably with B2B clients.
  • Self starter and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.

OfficeNation Category Brand Manager
Job Description
OfficeNation is looking for an experienced and results oriented Category Brand Manager to join our team. This position assumes a key role in driving revenue growth through partnerships and new sales channels associated with multiple product categories as well as 3rd party marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage highly effective product/partner programs designed to increase revenue and margins.
  • Build influential relationships with assigned partners at all levels to insure that the company is viewed positively and positioned competitively.
  • Continuously develop and make the most of category expertise that includes product knowledge, product demand, pricing direction, partner recommendation, roadmaps, emerging technologies, funding programs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Communicate partner products, programs, and promotions horizontally with departments such as sales, marketing, procurement, profitability, and finance to ensure smooth facilitation and reconciliation of partner programs and opportunities.
  • Develop quarterly/annual partner plans to meet mutually agreed to goals and objectives.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • This position reports and interacts on a daily basis with external vendors and manufacturers, as well as internal partners and plays a key role in driving revenue.
  • Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a product or merchandising capacity.
  • Must possess strong computer skills including MS Office.
  • Effective written and verbal communications.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware, software and services.
